Getting Started with DealSettle

  • How do I create an account?
  • Visit DealSettle.com and click Sign Up.
  • Enter your email address and create a secure password.
  • Verify your email and log in to your account.
  • What are the basic requirements to use DealSettle?
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You agree to comply with UK financial laws and our Terms & Conditions.
  • You can transact up to $1000 per day without KYC verification.
  • For transactions above $1000, KYC verification is required.

How Escrow Transactions Work?

  • Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an Escrow Transaction
  • Sign in to your DealSettle account.
  • Click Create Escrow and enter transaction details.
  • Select who will pay the escrow fee (buyer, seller, or 50/50 split).
  • The buyer deposits the payment into escrow.
  • The seller delivers the product or service.
  • The buyer confirms receipt, and funds are released to the seller.
  • The seller can instantly withdraw the funds from escrow.

Important: Never release payment before receiving your product or service. Once funds are released, we cannot reverse the transaction.

Account & Security

  • How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
  • Go to your Account Settings.
  • Click Enable 2FA and follow the instructions.
  • Use an authenticator app or SMS verification for added security.
  • What should I do if I forget my password?
  • Click Forgot Password? on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
  • If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support.
  • Is my data protected?
  • Yes! We comply with UK GDPR regulations and use strong encryption to protect your information. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

Fees & Payments

  • How much does DealSettle charge for escrow transactions?
  • We charge a flat 4% escrow fee per transaction.
  • The fee can be paid by the buyer, seller, or split 50/50.
  • What payment methods are supported?
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cryptocurrency Payments (where applicable)
  • Other payment gateways (depending on account status)
  • How long do withdrawals take?
  • Instant withdrawals are available as soon as the transaction is completed.
  • In rare cases, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to security reviews.

Dispute Resolution & Refunds

  • What happens if a transaction goes wrong?
  • If a buyer does not receive the service or product as agreed, they can raise a dispute before funds are released.
  • How does DealSettle resolve disputes?
  • The dispute is reviewed manually by our support team.
  • Both parties must provide evidence (screenshots, agreements, etc.).
  • A decision is made based on the provided information.
  • Funds are released accordingly to the rightful party.
  • Are refunds possible?
  • Refunds depend on the nature of the dispute. Once funds are released from escrow, refunds are no longer possible.

Avoid disputes by clearly defining the transaction terms before using escrow.
