Welcome to DealSettle! By using our escrow services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

Definitions & Scope

  • “DealSettle” refers to DEALSETTLE LTD, the provider of escrow services.
  • “User” refers to any individual or business using DealSettle.
  • “Buyer” refers to the party making a payment for a product/service.
  • “Seller” refers to the party providing a product/service in exchange for payment.
  • “Escrow” refers to the secure process where DealSettle holds funds until transaction conditions are met.
  • “Dispute” refers to a conflict raised between a buyer and seller.
  • Scope of Services
  • DealSettle provides escrow services for digital goods, services, websites, domains, and virtual assets.
  • DealSettle does not act as a bank, lender, or financial advisor.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Account Registration & Security

  • Account Requirements
  • Users must provide accurate information when registering.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
  • DealSettle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • KYC & Verification
  • Transactions below $1000/day do not require KYC verification.
  • Transactions above $1000/day require identity verification in compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

Failure to provide required KYC documents may result in transaction cancellation.

Escrow Transactions

  • How Escrow Works
  • Buyer deposits funds into DealSettle’s secure escrow account.
  • Seller delivers the agreed-upon product/service.
  • Buyer confirms receipt and releases payment to the seller.
  • If a dispute arises, DealSettle reviews the case and resolves it fairly.
  • Transaction Fees
  • DealSettle charges a flat 4% escrow fee.
  • The fee may be paid by the buyer, seller, or split 50/50.
  • Fees are non-refundable once an escrow transaction begins.
  • Prohibited Transactions
  • Illegal or fraudulent transactions.
  • Sale of prohibited digital goods (hacked accounts, counterfeit software, etc.).
  • Money laundering or financial crimes.

Dispute Resolution & Refunds

  • Dispute Process
  • If a buyer does not receive the agreed product/service, they may raise a dispute before releasing funds.
  • Both parties must provide proof (screenshots, agreements, etc.).
  • DealSettle will manually review the case and issue a fair decision.
  • Refunds
  • Refunds are only possible before funds are released from escrow.
  • Once funds are released, refunds cannot be processed.

Avoid disputes by clearly defining transaction terms before using escrow.

User Responsibilities & Compliance

  • Legal Compliance
  • Users must comply with UK laws and international financial regulations.
  • Users must not use DealSettle for illegal activities.
  • We comply with AML & KYC laws to prevent financial crimes.
  • User Conduct
  • Users must act in good faith and follow escrow terms.
  • Users must not attempt to bypass escrow or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Accounts engaging in suspicious activities may be permanently suspended.

Limitation of Liability

  • No Liability for Transaction Disputes
  • DealSettle acts only as an escrow service and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of products/services.
  • Users assume all risks associated with their transactions.
  • Platform Availability
  • While we strive to provide 24/7 uptime, DealSettle is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

Users agree that DealSettle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • We collect and process user data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
  • We never sell user data to third parties.

Changes to These Terms

  • DealSettle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform updates.
  • Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the new terms.

Termination & Account Suspension

  • When Can DealSettle Suspend Accounts?
  • If a user violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • If fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
  • If required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
